See the Milvue SuiteSmall lesion, high risk: AI on pediatric fractures with medicolegal impact (study results, November 2025)
A single-center study in Leipzig (125 children aged 2 to 17) measured the standalone performance of Milvue's AI on four fracture types with high medicolegal stakes. Sensitivity reached 100% for trampoline fractures of the proximal tibia, 81% for the ulnar fracture of Monteggia lesions and 73% for lateral humeral condyle fractures, with specificity near 100% at the knee and ankle. The authors call for higher sensitivity on elbow dislocations, where only 2% of radial head dislocations were flagged.
