Cobb, EOS, measurement, without fatigue.

Musculoskeletal and spine imaging demand precise, repeatable measurements. The Milvue Suite computes them automatically: Cobb angles, lower limbs (2D and 3D), EOS and vertebral measurements.

In short. TechCare Metrics automatically measures the Cobb angle, spinal alignment and lower limbs on radiographs and EOS. On the spine (Diagnostic and Interventional Imaging, 2023, 100 patients, median age 14), the mean absolute error on the Cobb angle is 2.90°, with an ICC of 0.95. Class IIa medical device in Europe, licensed by Health Canada.

Frequently asked questions
Which measurements does TechCare Metrics compute automatically?

60 bone measurements: Cobb angles and spinal alignment, lower limbs in 2D and 3D (EOS), weight-bearing foot, bone age. The values are written into the report.

How accurate is the automatic Cobb angle measurement?

On 100 patients with a median age of 14 (Zerouali et al., Diagnostic and Interventional Imaging, 2023), the mean absolute error was 2.90° against the reference, with an intraclass correlation coefficient of 0.95.

Is TechCare Metrics cleared?

Yes: Class IIa medical device in Europe (Milvue Suite, notified body BSI, CE 2797) and licensed by Health Canada since October 2025 (Class II, patients aged 1 and above).
